You may request cancellation of your order at any time before it has been dispatched. We aim to process orders quickly, which means cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible after placing the order.

If your order has already entered packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead need to follow our return procedure after delivery.

If your order has already been dispatched before your cancellation request is reviewed, we may be unable to stop delivery. In that case, the order will be treated under our Refund & Return Policy once the goods are delivered.
You may need to accept delivery and then request a return in accordance with the conditions set out in our return policy. Returned items must be sent back in eligible condition, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Where a parcel is refused or unclaimed after dispatch, any refund issued may be reduced to reflect return courier fees, failed delivery costs, or other direct handling expenses where permitted by law.
