Effective: October 18, 2025Orders placed through Coreon.co.uk are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your payment has been confirmed, your order typically enters processing within 24 hours.
Most items are shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (such as holidays, promotions, or new product launches), processing times may extend slightly.
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and tracking link.
Every order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly and durable packaging materials whenever possible, combining sustainability with protection.
Our fulfillment team inspects every product before shipment to avoid issues related to damage, incorrect items, or missing components.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and chosen delivery method. We occasionally offer free UK standard shipping on qualifying orders or during promotional events.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). For international orders, your payment provider may apply exchange rate adjustments or additional fees.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey. Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may occasionally experience short delays.
If tracking details do not update within 48 hours, please reach out to our support team and we will assist you directly.
We ship internationally to most countries across Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery charges applicable in their region.
Customs inspection times vary by country, and Coreon is not responsible for delays caused by local authorities. We recommend reviewing your local import regulations before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, uncollected package, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Refunds for undeliverable parcels will exclude initial shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, circumstances such as severe weather, transportation strikes, or customs delays may occasionally cause shipments to arrive later than expected.
Coreon is not liable for delivery delays beyond our control but will work with you and the courier to resolve any issues as efficiently as possible.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any items are missing or arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt to file a claim.
Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so our support team can quickly verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Coreon is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
